Jennie Eberts Coaching LLC offers services under the names Momentum Circle, Mastery Circle, and Power Hour Club.
We built these programs around trust, personal responsibility, and treating people like people. These Terms explain what you can expect from us—and what we ask from you—when you use our websites, purchase an offer, or participate in one of our programs.
By using our services or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who May Participate
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase or participate in our services.
When you register or purchase, you agree to provide accurate information and keep any account or access details private.
2. Our Services
Our services may include live focus sessions, workshops, coaching, memberships, community experiences, digital materials, and other educational offerings.
The sales page, checkout page, or written confirmation for each offer explains what is included, how long access lasts, and what you will pay. If an offer has terms that differ from this general page, the offer-specific terms presented at purchase will control.
Schedules, hosts, session times, platforms, and program details may occasionally change. We will communicate material changes as reasonably practical.
3. Power Hour Club Membership
Power Hour Club is a live, structured focus membership. It provides a place to show up, focus on what matters, and make progress alongside other business owners.
The number and timing of available sessions may vary because of holidays, special events, host availability, or schedule changes. Purchasing a membership does not guarantee that every ordinarily scheduled session will always be offered.
Calendar invitations and access information are sent after successful enrollment or payment. You are responsible for accepting the invitations and keeping your calendar and contact information current.
4. Subscription Billing
If you purchase a subscription, your payment method will be charged at the price and frequency clearly shown at checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. By completing your purchase, you authorize Jennie Eberts Coaching LLC and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to the schedule shown at checkout.
Power Hour Club members who join at a locked-in rate may keep that rate for as long as the subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later return, the price available at that time will apply.
5. Free Trials
When an offer includes a free trial, the trial length, cancellation deadline, and date of the first payment will be disclosed before you register.
Unless you cancel before the stated deadline, your payment method will be charged when the trial ends, and the subscription will continue automatically until canceled.
Power Hour Club trials are limited to one trial per person unless we expressly approve otherwise.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time by emailing [email protected].
To avoid your next scheduled charge, your cancellation request must be received before that charge processes. We will stop future renewals and confirm the cancellation.
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable and are not prorated. After canceling, you may continue using the membership through the end of your current paid billing period.
Power Hour Club is meant to be used. If we notice you have not been attending, we may reach out to check in because we care about whether the membership is helping you. That check-in is a courtesy; it does not pause or cancel your subscription. You remain responsible for canceling if you no longer want to continue.
Refund and cancellation terms for coaching, workshops, programs, or other offers will be shown on the applicable sales page, checkout page, or written agreement.

7. Your Participation
We want our programs and communities to feel safe, useful, and supportive.
When participating, you agree to:
- Treat other participants, hosts, and team members respectfully.
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, threats, spam, or disruptive behavior.
- Protect personal or sensitive information shared by other participants.
- Avoid recording, copying, or sharing sessions or conversations without permission.
- Use the services only for lawful purposes.
We may limit or remove access when someone’s behavior is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or harmful to the community.
Although we ask everyone to respect one another’s privacy, we cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information confidential. Please use good judgment when deciding what to share in a group setting.
8. Coaching and Educational Disclaimer
Our services are designed for education, reflection, accountability, focused action, and personal or professional development.
They are not a substitute for legal, medical, mental-health, tax, investment, or other licensed professional advice. Even though Jennie Eberts has a background in accounting, information shared through these services is not individualized accounting, tax, or financial advice unless a separate written professional-services agreement specifically says otherwise.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
9. Results
We cannot promise a particular business, financial, personal, or productivity result.
Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences. Your results will depend on many factors, including your circumstances, decisions, participation, and follow-through.
10. Our Content
Unless we tell you otherwise, the materials we provide—including worksheets, videos, recordings, templates, written content, frameworks, and program materials—belong to Jennie Eberts Coaching LLC or are used with permission.
Your purchase gives you permission to use those materials for your own personal or business development. It does not give you permission to sell, teach, reproduce, publish, distribute, or share them with others.
Please ask before using our content in any way beyond your own participation.
11. Technology and Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for payments, email, calendars, video meetings, websites, and other parts of delivery.
We cannot guarantee that every platform will always operate without interruption. We are not responsible for outages, changes, security practices, or other issues caused by third-party providers, but we will make a reasonable effort to communicate and work around material disruptions.
12. Suspending or Ending Access
You may stop using our services at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund terms above.
We may suspend or end someone’s access for nonpayment, misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or behavior that harms participants, team members, or the community.
If we discontinue an offer entirely, we will communicate what happens to any remaining paid access.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jennie Eberts Coaching LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the services.
If the Company is found liable for a claim connected to a paid service, the Company’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our services change. The “Last updated” date at the top will show when the most recent revision was made.
Material changes will apply going forward. Continuing to use the services after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Texas Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
These Terms, together with the offer-specific information presented at purchase, make up the agreement between you and Jennie Eberts Coaching LLC regarding the services you purchase or use.
