Hello friends!

I’m Jeni, the Results Sherpa—your guide to self-discovery and transformation.

I help people live authentically and in alignment with who they truly are. Everything I do is
rooted in that mission.

Like many solopreneurs, I left a successful corporate career with a dream and a vision.

A dream to use my strengths, talents, and experience to make a meaningful impact.

A vision of a business on my terms—one that allows me to thrive in all areas of life.

Like you, I did what I thought was needed to be successful based on my past experience. I got certified, found mentors, and got to work.

Along the way, I uncovered three truths:

Truth #1

Following expert advice at the expense of my intuition wasn’t freedom—it was another job.

The difference?

Now I was paying the "expert" to tell me what to do.

Old habits are sneaky.

No matter how committed you are to change, you’ll default to familiar patterns—overbooking, drowning in to-do lists, or working non-stop to prove your commitment.

Entrepreneurship can be isolating.

Even as an introvert, I missed hallway chats, quick check-ins, and a work bestie to vent about tech issues with.

When I couldn’t find a space that addressed these challenges, my business bestie and I created one:
The Mastery Circle.

We built it for ourselves—solopreneurs who had done all the "right" things but still struggled to turn their dreams into reality.

Turns out, so many others were looking for the same thing.

Who am I? I’m your biggest cheerleader, a mindset coach who’s been in your shoes, and a believer that every woman deserves a life she loves. Whether it’s helping you tackle perfectionism or cheering you on as you celebrate wins, I’m here to remind you that you’ve got this.

I'm Jennie, the Get Sh*t Done Coach, and your guide turning big dreams into real results.

I started this coaching journey as the Rebel Money Coach, helping women entrepreneurs and busy professional moms take control of their finances and finally find ease in managing their money.

But you know what stood out to me the most?

It wasn’t just about money—it was about finding the time to actually get sh*t done. Hence, the new title.

As a retired CPA living in a tiny East Texas town, I’m here to challenge the norm.

My mission?

Stop the grind. Ditch the hustle. Build your business in a way that aligns with your life—not the other way around.

I don’t just help you set ambitious goals; I help you achieve them. Because dreaming big is only half the battle.

One day, I had a WTF am I doing? moment... Sound familiar?

Basically, I recreated my corporate life inside my business—and boy, was I busy.
